Shipping
When will my order ship?
Standard processing time for orders is 2-5 business days. Orders placed after 10:00 AM may be processed the following business day.
Processing and shipping times may increase during specific collection launches, holidays, and other peak seasons
How long will shipping take?
Orders can take up to an additional 3-7 business days to arrive once they leave our distribution center.
Returns
How can I make a return?
While steps are in place to avoid this, as soon as you notice it, please contact us immediately at villeionstyles@mevstheworld.net. Please attach images of the item(s) you received along with a copy of the order invoice. We will sort it out as soon as possible.
How long it will take to receive my refund?
Please allow up to 5-14 business days for the refund to appear on your bank statement once we receive and verify your returned item.
What items are final sale?
The following products are final sale and cannot be returned or exchanged:
• Sale items
• Items purchased with discounts of 25% or more
• Items labeled as FINAL SALE
• Personalized or customized products
• Underwear, socks, and intimate apparel
These sales are considered final and cannot be returned.
